Many of the partners are avid sailors—hence the nautical art on the site and adorning their offices. The site features a custom content management system so the client can add and edit pages using a standard web browser. We built an easy-to-use SEO input panel so that each page has well-optimized metadata. The typography on the site is of particular note—we are using Adobe Caslon Pro and the rendering engine Typekit. Say goodbye to boring web fonts.

Dignified, supportive, sociable, peaceful, respectful, active, affordable…these powerful words are used throughout the collateral and advertising to describe the accommodations and environment at the Saint Francis Residential Community in New Jersey. However, it is the custom photography — shot by Studio Gramercy partner Michael Paras — that truly brings the new marketing campaign to life.

To keep costs low, we found local actors who wanted to have new images for their portfolio. We borrowed the props and used clever art direction techniques to create images with top quality production value. Short focal length lenses allowed us to use very few locations and to avoid disrupting the daily routine of the community.

The campaign is to include printed collateral, website, advertising and an oversized hardcover book. We also produced marketing materials for their event catering business (ex: bride image).

Additionally MHP moved to impressive new offices on Park Avenue. After successfully launching their website in the end of 2010, we embarked on a six-month effort to present the firm in print. Their audience is diverse: A large internal staff, potential and existing commercial tenants, third-party landlords, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors.

After a lengthy focus group study, it was determined that the Rehabilitation Practice was a potential area for increased profits and that LMC non-rehab personnel needed to be educated about the full range of services available at LMC rehab care. Accordingly, we created a four-pronged approach — first targeting the 800+ LMC physicians not affiliated with the rehab practice — then the in-house case workers, the patients and their families, and the local community.

To reach these diverse audiences we created a universally understood name, visual identity, and marketing theme. Our recommended campaign “TLC: Total Lutheran Care” is easy to understand in the languages of the neighborhood: Chinese, Spanish, Russian, and Farsi and the simple, colorful design is visually arresting and memorable.

Our plan includes an custom image library, font/color palette, and brochure/e-newsletter templates which will enable their in-house art department to implement our concept. Below are a few examples of the design recommendation.

Studio Gramercy now offers video embedded into printed brochures. No wires. No WiFi. Nothing. Nada.
It’s the best way to deliver testimonials, product demonstrations, virtual tours and more. Your prospect does not need to have an iPhone, iPad, or iProductOfTheMoment. The reader receives a traditional printed brochure and the video plays with the press of a button or the pull of a tab. The video screen is colorful, crisp, and extremely thin. The sound quality is excellent, the battery is reliable, and the video run time is up to 10 minutes.

It’s time to change the way you present information. This new marketing tool will engage and entertain, inform and prompt action. We’d be glad to demonstrate this technology to you in person or by video conference. Arrange a demonstration or request a quote here.
